Location: Atrium (enter from main entrance)

Come to the Student Artist Exhibition and enjoy selected artwork plus a student art talk. Light snacks will be provided. West Philly themed tote bags and shirts screen-printed with designs by PAS students will be available for purchase. Bring in your own sweatshirt or shirt and get it printed at the show!

NEW THIS YEAR: please feel free to invite grandparents and relatives for a special preview from 5:00-6:00 PM.

Volunteers (parents and students welcome) are needed to help hang artwork on May 19 (off for Election Day) and May 20.

Support STEAM education at Penn Alexander School by running, volunteering your time, or becoming a sponsor for the culminating event of the year.

PRICING: Adults: $40 / Students: $30. Purchase HERE through May 24. Register by May 1 to be guaranteed a T-shirt.

VOLUNTEER: All hands on deck! Sign up for a shift before, during, or after the race HERE. Day-of race volunteers will receive a free T-shirt, and course guides will also receive a free snack bag.

School Advisory Council Meeting

School Advisory Council (SAC) meets once a month and is a forum for discussion and collaboration with the PAS administration on school-based decision making with a focus on student achievement, school improvement, effective teaching, and parent and community engagement, communication, and support. Meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month and are open to everyone in the school community.
