Come to the Student Artist Exhibition and enjoy selected artwork, a student art talk, and music performed by our talented PAS students. Light snacks will be provided.

School Advisory Council Meeting

Location: PAS Library; use Locust St. entrance after 3:45 PM

 
School Advisory Council (SAC) meets once a month and is a forum for discussion and collaboration with the PAS administration on school-based decision making with a focus on student achievement, school improvement, effective teaching, and parent and community engagement, communication, and support.  Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month from 3:45-4:45pm and are open to everyone in the school community.  To learn more about Penn Alexander’s SAC and review a list of SAC members, please visit the SAC website.

Reality Fair

Middle Grades Financial Reality Fair

 

Tuesday, June 3 from 9:15 AM-12:30 PM

Location: PAS Gym (use the main entrance and check in at the office)

 

This fair is a hands-on financial education event for middle school students to learn about careers, salaries, budgets, and savings for independent living. (Click HERE for more information about lower grades Career Day.)

 

Many parent volunteers are needed to monitor a station for each component of the fair e.g. housing, transportation, insurance, food, clothing, entertainment, and utilities while students complete their budget worksheet. No experience necessary! Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
