About the Home & School Association
The Home & School Association of Penn Alexander (HSA) is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) organization made up of parents, caregivers, teachers, and staff working together to support our students, strengthen our school community, and enhance the educational experience at Penn Alexander.
Through fundraising, volunteerism, community events, and advocacy, the HSA helps provide programs, resources, and opportunities that benefit students, teachers, and families throughout the school year.
All current parents, guardians, faculty, and staff are voting members of the HSA and are encouraged to get involved.
What We Do
💰 Fundraising
Raise funds that support classrooms, educational programming, school improvements, arts programs, field trips, and opportunities that benefit all students.
🎉 Community Events
Plan and support events that bring our community together, including the Ice Cream Social, Fall Festival, Pancake Breakfast, PAS 5K, Musical, and more.
📚 Student & Teacher Support
Provide classroom resources, teacher appreciation programs, professional development support, and funding for educational initiatives.
🤝 Volunteer Engagement
Connect families with volunteer opportunities that match their interests, skills, and availability.
