Main Topic: Parental Tech Concerns

All are welcome to attend the only solo HSA meeting of the year. Agenda items will include:

• Tech concerns mainly related to Chromebook usage: get your questions answered about tech expectations at home and at school
• Volunteer opportunities / needs for 2026-27 school year plus HSA board announcement
• Field update

Please fill out a very short tech survey HERE prior to the meeting so the admin team understands parents' concerns regarding technology and Chromebook usage in advance.

Deepen your commitment and make a huge impact at PAS

Time commitment: approx. 2-4 hours per week

Dear PAS families,

The HSA and your school community need your help! Board members have been talking with a few interested parents about open board positions, but as of now, the treasurer, the fundraising chair, and the event and people coordinator for the lower school board positions are still open for next year.

In order to keep operating at our current level, we need a few more volunteers to step up. Many hands make light work. It's a great and fulfilling way to have a "seat at the table" with the PAS administration, have a voice in decisions that impact the community, and to support our students, teachers, and families.

If joining the board isn't possible, what about taking on a smaller job, such as the social media moderator, cashier, backend website worker, or becoming a chair person for just one event?

We will introduce new board members at next week's meeting, so please let one of us know as soon as possible if you might be interested in taking on one of these roles!
