Our Most Fun Carnival Event of the Year!

Time Commitment: shifts range from 1-3 hours

We are currently calling volunteers to help at the Fall Festival. Shifts are available before, during, and after the event.

What is the Fall Festival?

The Fall Festival is a family-fun evening held on October 16 from 4:00-6:00 PM with carnival games, face painting, photo booth, balloon animals, a bouncy obstacle course, crafts, books and prizes, food and scrumptious homemade treats, and memories that last a lifetime. Middle school students help lead some of the games and activities, while many parents and guardians are also needed to make this event a success.

Highlighted Volunteer Opportunities:

Help bake and frost 500 cupcakes in the PAS kitchen on October 14 and/or October 15.
Bake a batch of homemade, nut-free treats and drop off on October 15 or 16. (Read here for tips on avoiding cross-contamination of allergens.)
Set up games, activities, crafts, and stations throughout the entire school on October 16.
Donate needed supplies (sign up HERE).
BIGGEST NEED: Please sign up for a shift during the event, October 16 from 4:00-5:00 PM or 5:00-6:00 PM. Pair up with some parent friends to tag-team childcare duty with taking a volunteer shift; or volunteer together! Volunteers who take a shift on the day of the festival will get 10 FREE tickets! (Check in at the blacktop ticket station to receive your extra volunteer tickets.)
