Fall Festival

9/20/2026 4:00 pm

Come to the Fall Festival!
Thursday, October 22: 4:00-6:00 PM

Location: All Over PAS! (enter through blacktop)

The Fall Festival is a family-fun evening with carnival games, face painting, photo booth, balloon animals, a bouncy obstacle course, crafts, books and prizes, food and scrumptious homemade treats, and memories that last a lifetime. Check out photos from previous festivals: Fall Festival 2019 and Fall Festival 2024.

This kid-favorite event can't happen without ample parent support. Pair up with some parent friends to tag-team childcare duty with taking a volunteer shift; or volunteer together. Volunteers who take a shift on the day of the festival will get 10 FREE tickets!

Please note that children in grades Kindergarten - 4th must be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteer

Shifts are available before, during, and after the event.

Highlighted volunteer opportunities:

  • Help bake and frost 500 cupcakes in the PAS kitchen on October 20 and/or October 21.
  • Bake a batch of nut-free treats and drop off on October 21 or 22. (Read here for tips on avoiding cross-contamination of allergens.)
  • Set up games, activities, crafts, and stations throughout the entire school on October 22.
  • BIGGEST NEED: Please sign up for a shift during the event, October 22 from 4:00-5:00 PM or 5:00-6:00 PM. Pair up with some parent friends to tag-team childcare duty with taking a volunteer shift; or volunteer together!
