Help the HSA Treasurer Count Money

Time Commitment: approx. 1 hour per week
The HSA is looking for an organized, trustworthy person to help the Treasurer with counting and recording money, preparing cashboxes for events, and making deposits at the bank.
This role is a member of the finance committee, chaired by the HSA Treasurer. The cashier picks up the cash and checks from the PAS office, counts them, and records the information in an online register. Once the cash and checks are counted and the records are updated, a deposit is prepared and taken to any TD Bank branch. The schedule for this job is flexible.
The current cashier is looking to train an additional person so that the finance team stays on top of all their tasks.
