We’re off to see the Wizard! This timeless tale of a Kansas farm girl who travels over the rainbow – only to discover there’s no place like home – has been charming audiences for generations. Follow the yellow brick road all the way to the Emerald City in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s enduring classic. Filled with brains, heart, and courage, the annual Spring Musical features the talented cast, choir, and crew from Penn Alexander School. The Wizard of Oz is fun for the whole family!

We will be placing an order for Wizard of Oz T-shirts to wear as an advertisement and a memento for the show. Family members can order one, too!

MUNCHKIN SHOUT-OUTS: $5
Students and families may leave a short message (200 characters max) for a cast/crew member to be posted in the print and digital programs.

Children 3 and under are free! Due to space constraints, we are asking all children 3 and under to sit on a lap.
GET INVOLVED:
VOLUNTEER BUILD DAY: SATURDAY, APRIL 29, 9 AM - 12 PM
We are looking for adult volunteers to help the cast, choir, and crew of The Wizard of Oz on Build Day to build set pieces, sew costumes, paint backdrops, build props, and get ready for our upcoming production. BYO Sewing Kits and Tools! Refreshments will be provided. For Build Day, please enter through the 43rd Street blacktop entrance.
VOLUNTEER CLEAN UP: FRIDAY, MAY 26, 8:30 AM - 12 PM
We also need volunteers for Clean Up, Friday, May 26, to break down the stage and set pieces, organize costumes and props, and clean up after our shows. BYO Tools! Refreshments will be provided. For Clean Up, please go to the main entrance, sign in at the office, and then head to the gym.
If you'd like to sew costumes or build set pieces ahead of time, please contact Tia Larese.

On show nights, you will see featured artwork from our design crew and PAS students. A silent auction will take place to bid on the pieces, and you will be notified if you win.

Show the cast, choir, and crew how proud you are by writing messages for the cast and purchasing "Kisses for the Cast." Hershey Kisses will be 25 cents each or 5/$1 (CASH ONLY)
