Help the HSA Treasurer with Bookkeeping

Medium-level Commitment, Critical Work!

Time Commitment: 1-4 hours per week

The HSA is looking for an organized, trustworthy person to help the Treasurer with basic financial transactions like entering transactions in Membership Toolkit (MTK), paying bills, and processing reimbursement requests.

This role is a member of the finance committee and assists the Treasurer remotely in inputting donations and purchases into the correct categories in MTK. On a weekly basis, bank and credit card transactions are entered, checks are printed, and deposits are entered. On a monthly basis, statements are reconciled to prepare a monthly report to the finance committee.

The current bookkeeper is looking to train an additional person so that the finance team stays on top of all their tasks.
