Our Biggest Fundraising Event of the Year!
Race Day: Sunday, May 31
Calling all potential volunteers who would like to help with the annual PAS 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run! If you are interested in any of the following, please fill out the Volunteer Interest Form or contact Dr. Kreidle.
Running Clubs April 16-May 29: the more parents who can help mean the more children who can participate in these popular clubs. Clearances needed; no running necessary! Mr. Hunn will lead a running club on Thursdays and Fridays for 4th through 6th Grade, and we are hoping to get a Tuesday club together for younger grades. Stay tuned!
Solicit Sponsorships and Prizes: we raise money through T-shirt sponsorships and need many prizes for the various age categories.
- Can you send a few emails or drop off letters at local businesses asking for T-shirt sponsorships, gift certificates, free passes, gift baskets, etc?
- Can you donate a prize yourself or want to be the Prize Manager?
- Can you think of any businesses who might want to support PAS where you have a connection? Let us know HERE.

Committee jobs include helping leaders to:
- Determine the course & create maps
- Manage volunteers
- Procure supplies, food, and beverages
- Market the race
Day-of Race Volunteers: we need approx. 100 people to help make this event a success!
- 'On-course' 5K volunteers will receive a FREE snack bag.
- All day-of race volunteers will receive a FREE T-shirt.
