The Ice Skating Party is an annual HSA event held at the Penn Ice Skating Rink. This year it will be on March 6 from 2:40-4:40 PM. It's a lot of fun for the whole family, but hosting an event at a non-school location means managing a few extra details. Luckily there is already a detailed project plan!

The HSA is looking for a co-chairperson and volunteers to help with this event. Responsibilities would include:

• Confirm details with the Penn Rink
• Manage volunteers in advance and at the party
• Serve as liaison between the board, rink, and volunteers
• Help with plans and communications
• Update existing project plan
• Procure supplies and help with set up
