Message from the Principal

Dear PAS Families,


As we shared at Friday's  Coffee With The Principal  and Home and School Association meeting, our community has a great chance to renovate the green space of Penn Alexander - vital for students and the surrounding community through several potential state grants.   Please join us in advocating for state funding for these projects by signing our joint letter to our state officials.   


Please remember to use Spruce and Locust Streets for parking during drop-off and pick up. CVS needs their parking lot for customers, especially those that are picking up prescriptions or getting their vaccinations. 


Penn Alexander is excited to launch our Fall 2025-26 Clubs Cycle! Clubs will begin the week of October 13 and will run through December 19. Click HERE for the club offerings and registration. A paper flier with a QR code for registration will be sent home tomorrow as well. If you need help completing the form, contact the office. Registration closes on Friday, October 3 at 3:00 PM.

    • Purchase tickets HERE. Early bird pricing is through October 10.
    • Sign up to bring in supplies such as snacks, paper products, or baked goods HERE.
    • Volunteer HERE. Volunteers who take a shift during the festival will receive 10 FREE tickets!

Annual Family Giving: Donate HERE

The HSA is launching our 2025-26 fundraising with a goal of $75,000 for the general fund. Please visit our giving page for more details on what your money supports. One of the ways we fulfill our mission is by raising money to help fill in the gaps, and we will ask for donations several times a year.

Penn Employees: please donate through Penn's Way starting on Wednesday, and Penn will match your donation! See the Penn's Way page for more details.

If you donate through Penn's Way, a Donor Advised Fund, a Family Foundation, or other corporation match program, please use THIS FORM to let the HSA know and have your donation get counted towards our goal.

We strive for 100% family participation, with gifts in the past ranging from $1 to $1,000+. We know that not everyone can afford to give much, but every single dollar helps and is appreciated!
