Today our nation honored and celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. To learn more about Dr. King, I have created a list of resources for families, including some pictures one of which includes our namesake Dr. Sadie Tanner Mossell Alexander.
Winter Club Cycle enrollment status notification will be emailed on Tuesday, January 16 to parents who completed the sign up form. Reach out to Ann Kreidle if you do note receive the email.
Kindergarten registration also opens on Tuesday and will conclude in early February. If we have more applications than seats, a lottery will held. To learn more, click HERE.
At 5:30pm on Wednesday, Caroline Hill of 228 Accelerator will lead a parent/caregiver workshop sponsored by the Equity Circle and HSA. Caroline has been an invaluable coach to me for several years as well as supported our staff to address equity concerns. Sign up HERE by Monday.
Teachers will email report card conference schedules on Friday for conferences that will be held on February 1-2.
Pancake Breakfast is back! Sign up HERE to help, get more information on the menu and make your reservation to dine with us. The event may sell out but we will try to accommodate everyone who wants to come. The breakfast is all you can eat breakfast cooked by the teachers and served by the middle school students. Proceeds support the 8th grade trip to DC in May.
